Whole-Home Remodeling

Reworking how the whole house lives, rather than fixing one room and hoping the rest keeps up.

Open plan living space and kitchen after a whole-home remodel in Mesa, Arizona

Most homes in the Valley were laid out for how people lived twenty or thirty years ago. A whole-home remodel is the chance to fix that properly.

What a whole-home remodel covers

Taking on the whole house at once costs more up front than doing a room a year, but it is almost always the better value. Walls, wiring, plumbing and HVAC get looked at together instead of five separate times. Flooring runs through without a threshold strip every ten feet. Your kitchen, living space and hallways end up reading as one house rather than a series of decisions made years apart.

We start with how you actually live in it. Which rooms sit empty. Where everyone piles up at once. What you have stopped using because it is awkward to get to. Then our designers draw options in 3D so you can see the plan before committing to it, and you make your finish selections at our design center in Mesa rather than driving around the Valley on your own.

Because we are licensed general contractors, structural changes, permitting and inspections are ours to handle. That matters most on the walls people assume are cosmetic and turn out to be load bearing.

1

Floor plan first

We look at how the whole house works before choosing a single finish, because layout is the thing you cannot change later.

2

One permit set

Structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work permitted and inspected together instead of five times over five years.

3

Continuous finishes

Flooring, trim and paint carried through the house so rooms stop looking like separate projects.

4

One crew, one advocate

The same team from demolition to final walkthrough, with one named person you call about any of it.

Questions, answered

The things Valley homeowners ask us most before starting a project.

Our office and design center are at 7125 E Southern Ave in Mesa, and we build across the East Valley and greater Phoenix: Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, Gold Canyon, Scottsdale, Arcadia, Paradise Valley and Fountain Hills. If you are not sure whether your address is in range, call and ask.

Yes, all three. We hold ROC 280810 and ROC 327540 with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, along with SA63258300. We are a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating, a certified member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, and a member of the Mesa Chamber of Commerce.

We do, and it is the part homeowners tend to underestimate. Our in-house designers draw your space in 3D so you can see it before committing, and you make your cabinetry, tile, counter and fixture selections at our private showroom and design center rather than driving between suppliers on your own.

Kitchens and bathrooms, whole-home remodels, home additions, casitas and detached guest houses, and custom homes built from the ground up. Some clients come to us for one room and come back years later for the addition, which is what the contractor-for-life idea is really about.

It depends entirely on scope, size and the finishes you choose, which is why the estimate is free and done in person rather than over the phone. Financing options are available, so a larger project does not have to wait until the whole budget is saved up.

A single bathroom is measured in weeks, a full kitchen usually longer, and an addition or a custom home longer again because of permitting and inspections. You get a build schedule with your proposal, before work starts, so you know which trade is in your home and when.
